What are you doing this evening?
I find it interesting that this particular question comes up today…
I realize that everyone here is not necessarily from the US, but tonight is “The Big Debate.” Is it possible that the Daily Prompter gods are trying yet again to adjust our algorithms? Or taking a world temperature?
Great – now I’m visualizing what a rectal thermometer would look like for the earth… But I digress.
I was happy to see from the sampling of responses I read that the subject wasn’t broached. People are doing things with their kids, talking walks, reading, or, in general, bettering themselves in some way. At least most are, and I find that heartening.
Maybe it’s true, or maybe people don’t want to bring up politics. I certainly can’t blame anyone. No matter where you stand, someone will get angry. I’m pretty new at this, and the blog space is my current happy place. I want to keep it that way. 😉
Will I watch the debate tonight? I’m undecided. Maybe I need to watch a debate on whether or not to watch the debate. 😜 One way or another, it’ll most likely involve two fingers of Woodford Reserve.
