What are your favorite emojis?

I like 😊

It’s how I like to end sentences when I’m pointing out someone’s foibles, or tell them they are not getting their way. It’s like how the southern folks say “bless their hearts” to make every put down sound like a compliment.

“That’s OK. You’ll get it right next time. 😊”

“For the future, please submit the correct ticket type. That will ensure it’s directed to the right team 😊”

“I know you would like to continue to provide live training, but we feel on-demand video is the way to go 😊.”

It’s what I like to call the open face shit sandwich. A big poo on a tasty slice of bread. Speaking of which, 💩 is fun, but I don’t use it too often.

I like to use 😉 when I feel I’m being clever.

“Sure! We’ll be there with bell on 😉.”

I also use 😜 when I’m being sarcastic.

“Didn’t see that one coming 😜”

Emojis seemed inane to me at first, but they are really the only way to set a tone for your message. I firmly believe you can say what you need to say and divert an argument with a well-placed, silly face 😉.
