When you need to keep your “real job,” and you’re in a band, AND you have a side hustle… Yep, it’s a lot of work.
It’s why I recently bought a “Passion Planner.” It’s getting impossible to keep things straight.
Tonight, I’ll need to spend a little time on the Thistle Rose Academy of Arts website. My friend, Rachael, is the founder, and I’m helping her out. It’s my goal to clean up the front page. It looks fine on mobile, but it looks like ass on the PC. If I can find a prettier (and hopefully free) events widget, that would be helpful, too.
I also need to do some laundry. I need to make sure my Renaissance Festival garb is clean for this Saturday. Thank goodness we are only playing a few days this year. I really got burnt out playing the full seven-week run.
But… despite all this, I’ll have a nice dinner with the hubs and take the dog for a walk.
Balance is important. 😉
